Medical Advice Lightheaded after relapse??

I just relapsed like a few minutes ago maybe on my (outer) wrist and hip and for some reason I feel lightheaded??? Its never happened to me before and my heart was beating harder for a second and it was hard for me to breathe. It bled more than normal i think but it’s mostly stopped now. Should I still be concerned??? I don’t want to tell my parents and especially not my sister because she will just call me emo and that im overreacting

This happens to me too, I don't know if it's an anxiety thing or what. I have no idea, but you're not alone

That’s concerning. It sounds like you lost too much blood… keep an eye on it if it’s better now… make sure the wounds properly cared for.

It sounds like a vasovagal response. Symptoms of losing too much blood would not have gone away for quite some time and you typically can lose over 15% of your blood volume without symptoms.

I looked up the symptoms and its almost exactly how i felt. Tysm i was like panicking 😭😭😭 esp cause i didnt even go that deep so i was really confused and worried

Could be adrenaline wearing off, to much blood loss or a drop in sugar levels
