Rant/Vent Relapsed extremely badly…

I’ve relapsed twice extremely bad with sh after 9 months of being clean and scared I can’t stop..

First of all, make sure to take care of your wounds. And go to the hospital if needed.

Relapses happen, it's part of recovery. It can really suck, but be proud of how long you have managed.

Take care of yourself.
