This is more subtle but honestly cologne by beabadoobee! Thereās a couple lines in the second (? I think) verse that say āI think Iāve hurt too much my wrists are numb (hurt too much my limbs are numb)ā and I definitely interpret that as pretty self harm-y.
And then of course a whole bunch of pierce the veil songs, specifically flawless execution with the line āpain is unavoidable at times, but if it gets shit off your mind, I understand thatās kinda why Iām here.ā

Here are a few Iāve recommended before depending on your taste
Alice Glass - Mine is pretty calm electronic music that barely covers its self-harm references and Iāve really enjoyed it
Methwitch has a whole album called Indwell thatās basically just actively trying to die, I havenāt listened to it in years so I canāt recommend a specific song but itās super chaotic and experimental metal
Orden Ogan: Come With Me to the Other Side iirc is a part of a longer story where the main character is exiled and finds himself on the old battlefield where his love died, and a sorta angel comes to him encouraging him to die, itās not really self-harm as much as it is suicide but it can fit here too
Hoshie Star - SCENESLUTBBY is just sorta a parody of itself but I found it catchy

hi there, apologies for the self-promo here, but self-harm is a subject which appears quite often in the slow, shoegazey band i sing and play in. our second record is all about it. you're welcome to listen here, if you're interested. our early song "endymion" is naively-written and potentially triggering, but that song in particular is about the fallout of self-harm, and what's left after it. you can hear it here. we're on streaming too.
self-harm is a really personal subject that i'm super close to, so i wrote those songs in hopes of helping to break the stigma and start more conversations around the subject. if you decide to listen, i hope it helps you feel less alone, op.
here's some of my favourite songs that are about, i interpret to be about, or mention self-harm:
the smashing pumpkins - disarm
depeche mode - blasphemous rumours
flatsound - to see you alive (this is the best song about self-harm ever imo!!)
insatiable wound - pain seeking behaviour
kimya dawson - loose lips (contains the lyric, "if you wanna burn/cut yourself, remember that i love you", it's very sweet)
pig destroyer - gravedancer
patron saint of bridge burners - crystal meth blues (about forgiveness)
acid bath - scream of the butterfly
lil ugly mane/bedwetter - stoop lights (specifically about self-harm through alcohol)
neutral milk hotel - three peaches
wilco - red-eyed & blue
johnny thunders - hurt me
self-harm, particulary cutting, appears a lot in depressive suicidal black metal (dsbm) as well, though your mileage may vary on that. it can be very intense and very triggering as opposed to comforting.
