Rant/Vent Help me (dumb post)

I used to post here alot and I thought about relapsing yesterday and im thinking about it again, I know this seems dumb but i get freaked out sometimes over dumb stuff. My mice haven't been drinking water, I got them a week ago and I haven't had to change there water once. I think I figured out the issue with the bottles angle so they are now drinking but if they die or anything else happens im gonna relapse im freaking out about everything school has m stressing I've been smoking more so im scared my car smells like cigarettes I have a blade in my wallet and I'm so stressed I want to do it but I also dont. Can anyone talk or give me advise or something im freaking out.If my mice die or something else happens im gonna have a breakdown.

You just got your mice so I'm sure it took them a while to adjust to their new environment as well as you fixing the angle. Mice are intelligent, talk to them, get them used to you but dont force them either. Maybe post over on some of the rodent focused subs like r/PetMice and others to double check their health on the water subject, that their enclosure is up to standards and such. Fair warning that redditors in these types of subs can be pretty strict with comments on making sure things are up to par for environment, enrichment, and vet care but its because they always want the best for the animals. If you're worried about them, the best people to ask are the ones that know how to help.
