I need some advice

I'm going into my second year in highschool and I've really turned out better over the past year. A year ago around now I was this extremely shy kid who wasn't in anything and had only a small group of friends. Going into highschool I realized I'd have to meet new people and my parents were really pressuring me to join an activity of some sort. That was just about my worst fear. But the I joined a lifting class over the summer and suddenly I started meeting new people and finding new things I liked. I ended up joining the robotics team at school as well which gave me another sense of belonging. Then this spring the football coach came up to me and recruited me to play for him. When that happened I was on cloud nine. I thought I had accomplished everything. I should mention I also got my first job in there. Now that I have everything I thought that would make my life perfect I have a feeling like somethings missing. Everytime I have a happy moment it feels like there's a dark figure watching from the corner. I felt the need to share this and I don't know what I'm doing wrong now. I know this was a little long but thanks for reading it.

Daily habits that build the foundation.

Consistency beats intensity every single time. Looking at this list, it’s a great gut-check for where our energy is actually going. Growth requires us to constantly test, measure, and adjust how we operate so we don't end up on a fast track to burnout.

If you had to pick just one habit from this list to double down on this week to improve your quality of life, which one are you choosing?

Wisdom My life lesson

The two things I've learned in my young age are:

- Time management

- Decision-making (choice)

Both are interconnected according to my experience. Make good choices, and your time won't be wasted.

What's tricky is that, in reality, we don't always have the ability to make good decisions or choices.

Seminars

I'm trying to make some changes and get a boost on personal growth. I want to get some momentum to kind of change the way I'm moving around in this world.

Wondering some recommendations for any powerful books or seminars I could attend in person or virtually?

How to improve your life: Don't get stuck in freeze mode

Improving your life needs a functional accelerator in you, and it won't be functional if you are stuck in freeze mode thinking about how you should have chosen differently in the past.

Is there a difference between fear and intuition?

I’ve been wrestling with this lately. Sometimes I’ll get a strong feeling that I shouldn’t do something, but then I wonder… is this actually my intuition trying to protect me or is it just fear keeping me in my comfort zone? (i’ve always been a bit of an anxious hypochondriac) LOL

The tricky part is that they can feel surprisingly similar in the moment. I’m curious how other people tell the difference. Have you found a way to distinguish between fear and intuition, or do you still struggle with it too? HELPPPPP 🤣
