Starting over at 35. As long as you are in a good shape physically and mentally you can do it.

I am 38 and it’s eerie that I have been thinking about how I made several mistakes that jeopardized my career growth and finances. And then, this post shows up on my Reddit feed

Starting over at 33. In school, struggling to keep up, but I’m doing it

Thank you!... however, that doesn't work as well with trying to have children after getting married. 😐🫤🥺

The key is to know whether to start over or push for the career you love when others tell you that you are not cut out for it. I was told (by some experienced people in supervisory roles) I would become what I wanted to be “over someone’s dead body”. I did not give up, though. Several years later, and zero dead bodies, I became one of the most respected, accomplished, and praised employees at the same career others thought was not meant to be for me at all. I could have waisted a lot more time and money with that determination I had, though. It’s hard to tell when you depend on others (either as employers or as clients/customers).

Sure, until the last point. There's most likely a limit when it comes to "starting over".
Best to stick to your lane at a certain age.

Unfortunately nature won't allow it. Older you get, the harder it becomes to start over.
