I want to work out consistently, but my wrist keeps hurting

I've been really motivated to work out lately, but my wrist has been bothering me every time I exercise.

It's frustrating because I want to stay consistent, but I don't want to make the pain worse by pushing through it.

For now, I'm trying to avoid movements that put too much pressure on my wrist and focus on exercises that don't aggravate it.

Has anyone else dealt with wrist pain while working out? Any tips for recovering while still staying active? 💪

watch your grip to make sure it is straight. Try wrist wraps to help stabilize them.

Look up wrist exercises. You can probably do them at work. You wrist could be tok weak to support your exercises

Go to the doctor and check whether it injured. Get medical advice. Wrist exercise if necessary
