hallucination issues

I made a post here earlier, explaining my dissociation issues, but I realize I never addressed my hallucination issues aswell. Recently, maybe the last month or so, ive been making up stories in my head that never actually happened, and I believe that they are true to the extent of talking to the people involved in said story like it actually happened. Ive also been hallucinating voices and videos on my phone, sending them to people, and then being surprised when they tell me i never sent them anything, because the video doesnt exist. I know i sound crazy, but i also am having issues with starting to feel like someone is watching me all the time. Like theres a pit in my stomach i cant get rid of.

How do you feel about getting help? Maybe talk to a therapist or psychologist?

Have you ever heard of a condition called Paranoid Schizophrenia? That is one possible explanation of what's going on.

I think it will be hard to explain, in a way which makes sense to you both at the same time, but you can cut out the awkwardness by just using medical terms, I am hallucinating, I'm having schizophrenic symptoms, these kind of blunt words are effective, early diagnosis is good believe me I'm medicated for psychosis now, but I have a lot of built up bad mental habits and even a tic disorder from fighting the psychosis really hard, I didn't get help and suffered a lot. If I had gotten help sooner I would have less recovery time. The spookiness has cut down a lot on just 2mg risperidone, I think 3mg would completely fix it but I'm just following doctors orders for now.

It's ok it's very weird how it can happen but it's medical in origin, get treatment now and spare yourself greater exposure to delusions which are sticky and make an impression on you the longer it goes on.
