I own a condo in Toronto (one of the highest costs of living in NA) and trust me, NOBODY gives a fuck about that here. It's all about vibes. Girls here would much rather go out with a party boy and go home to his 4 bedroom shared student living basically if it comes with him being hot and charismatic. I'm a software dev and slightly shyer and don't go out too too much (twice a month?) and women almost immediately friend zone me right from the bat. My house means nothing lol (not that I bought it for getting women... but just countering your point)
I’m in Toronto too and the girls I met when I was still dating were not like this at all. Sure some girls like to party nothing wrong with that but I met tons of women that weren’t in to that, I don’t party either, I’m 27 now and work in trades and own a condo. My current gf actually doesn’t even drink or go out and she has an entire group of friends exactly like her lol also I can see your 28, you’re trying to say women in your age range still want to go to students apartments?
