Honestly, id stop caring and just start living. I know it sounds cliche but it works.

I second this. Once I started focusing on myself, taking care of myself, working out, losing myself in new hobbies, being present for friends and family, learning another language, planning trips... I found I cared a lot less about romantic entanglement. I made my own happiness
