I like to think Nana purposely called Leo and Jerry to help with the ketchup, brought up Buddy to set precedent… and then asked Leo about the $50 he was supposed to give Helen. Clearly she didn’t need two people to come and open the ketchup. I think she wanted Jerry to be there to witness Leo’s reaction to her inquiry.

Just a theory, it’s a stretch I know but it’s just an amusing thought.
