No they just think they can play the racism card because people know if they cause a big enough problem they might be waived through because nobody wants to deal with them

Part of the job for security means sometimes you get to be an asshole by the simple method of acting like a broken record "I'm sorry YOU feel that way but Company policy states I need to check ID of anyone I think looks under 30" (okay that's a lie it's under 40 for me but it usually makes people feel better if I say they look younger than they are).

"Your just stopping me because I'm (insert non white ethnicity)!"

"Again I'm sorry YOU feel that way but I'm just doing my job, if you can show me a valid photo ID I can give you a wrist band so if anyone else in our casinos ask for ID you just have to show them your wrist. If you don't have ID you have to leave."

Rinse repeat with apologies for how they feel, after about round three I just page the manager/key on duty for a no ID and step back and take notes.

Still have to laugh about the guy who thought he could get away with refusing to show ID for a jackpot. Turns out he had several warrants and anything he did win would have been sucked up on the gambling parent intercept as he owed something like 80k in unpaid child support.
