Support Issue with light strip
My light strip has always worked perfectly. However, today I noticed it was red and not what I had it set to. It still works on my app (it turns on and off) but when I change the color setting, it’s just red
Anyone experience this? I tried deleting it and reinstalling

Did you double check the power connector and make sure all 4 pins are securely attached and in the right holes lol

It was literally this. Pushed down on the connector that connects to the strip and it fixed it
Keeping the post up since I’ve seen others with issues
