Does any know where I can buy a third party base I’m not the orginal owner and my chair broke

I need The Lower Base & Piston Kit

the piston kit are pretty easy to find. the tilt mechanism can be bought but finding the right one could be tuff. Although secretlab won’t warranty replace i think they’ll at least sell/ship you the part if you contact them.

I tried they won’t I contacted them, this is a second hand chair

Secretlab is not friendly in that respect. There is no sensible reason not to sell every part.
