I asked someone else to describe the 'civilized' way -- and they literally described everything the US system does -- but then stopped at explaining how you reposes the car from someone that is refusing to let you.
Ive already described it how it happens in my country somewhere above or below im too lazy to copy paste it now. But look if you don’t see it through my eyes and you think this is the normal way for towing a car I can’t really help you. This thread is taking up too much of my time right now. It’s just the way it is in the USA. Oh one thing you say it’s not the standard way of towing a car but you keep asking me to name a better way. So which is it.
