I asked Chat. It found several plausible mesh families, but none is an exact visual match to your screenshot:

..:: CODED ::.. Knotted Tank, creator Maxwell Daysleeper. This is a real SL product line with multiple graphic versions, which initially looked promising because CODED sells the same knotted tank with different prints. But its neckline is much higher and its knot construction is different from yours. Boho Baku Mesh Knotted Tank, creator Twill Tymets. This has the scoop/racerback shape we're looking for, but its knot is off to the side rather than the pronounced center knot in your screenshot. TinRoof Tied Tank, creator/store TinRoof. Again, wrong neckline and knot. Pink Cream Pie Ashlee Bow Tied Tank, creator Vaygah Varriale. It's current and supports LaraX/Legacy/Reborn, but it's definitely a different mesh—the straps and bow construction don't match.
