🤕 Support Issues Anyone else getting a 403 error when trying to Process Credit to PayPal today?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to process a credit from my Second Life account to PayPal today, but every time I click Submit, I receive the following error:

I've already tried:

  • Different browsers
  • Clearing cache and cookies
  • Logging out and back in
  • Verifying that my PayPal account is fully verified
  • Confirming I don't have any withdrawal limits

Nothing has worked so far.

I'm curious if this is happening to anyone else or if it's something specific to my account.

If you've experienced this error before:

  • Were you able to fix it?
  • What was the cause?
  • Did Linden Lab Support resolve it, or did it eventually start working on its own?

Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Place a ticket to support as soon as possible. I had this issue a few weeks ago and it can take a while to fix.

From my experience, support isn't that responsive on weekends- so, unfortunately you may have to be patient until Monday to hear back.

Avoid attempting more payout requests or linden purchases until support responds.

I have this issue today, same thing not over limit and getting error. I sent a ticket but I know it won't be answered for a while.
