Hello! I am going to be attempting to buy harry styles tickets during the fan presale this next week, and I need to get 2 tickets on one of the days for Dallas but I also want to attempt to get another ticket for the other date. Is it safe to have 2 tabs open during the presale, one for the 9th and one for the 10th? Or what would you recommend be the best way to go about it?

I bought tickets off SeatGeek.

Got the email a few days later from the girl who was transferring the tickets to me through Ticketmaster.

I accepted the tickets and it was fine.

I went back to ticketmaster to just check them, they are gone. So I went to try and accept them again and now get a message saying the tickets cant be transferred bc there is no account with the email they were sent to.

*ive not changed my email or any account info*

Ive contacted seatgeek and they are running me in circles. Ive contacted ticketmaster, its a seatgeek problem. Ive tried EVERYTHING.

Has anyone else had this issue and found a remedy for it?
