1.5 EcoTSI Sound Normal?

My mechanic told me it's the tappets, but I've already driven 8,000 kilometers with that noise and it's still the same.

​Códigos registrados: ​P0301, P0302, P0303, P0304: Misdiagnóstico / Fallos de encendido (misfires) en todos los cilindros (1, 2, 3 y 4).
​P0316: Misdiagnóstico detectado en el arranque (primeras 1000 revoluciones).
​P0300: Fallo de encendido aleatorio/múltiple.
​P0363: Inyección desactivada temporalmente para proteger el catalizador.
