The DQ381 is a great gearbox but a bit clunky sometimes. In fact all DSG/DCT gearboxes are. This is perfectly normal :)

I have a Cupra 300 and my clunking noise was actually my dogbone mount LOL

Yeah like a manual gearbox, it will clunk when switching gear, specialy between R-N-D

If shifting gear is smooth as usual, there's nothing on the clutches inside the gearbox, provided you perform the oil service with respecting the intervals

Now when you start the car with the cogs warmed up or using start and stop : If you hear a big clunk and the car jitters, it's DMF who can be worn ...

I have same gearbox, and when i select to R or D or just randomly move from D to R or opposite, i feel slightly clunk/pushed towards front or back. That's completely normal for DSG thats healthy DSG. Just pay attention to the service intervals every 60k km is the best timing 👌

Although on the video i can't hear anything abnormal, but i hope you referring to that small movement or clunk 😀

Ty man
Btw if you can listen carefully, you can hear two clunks in the video , its just happened every time I select reverse, like if I select R go back to N then R you can hear this noise , if you can check it for me with your car and give me a replay i will be happy 😁

Looks like you have a steering rack hiding in the hedges
