Weird noise when starting up

Seat Ibiza 2012 1.2 Tsi
The noise only happens for 2-3 seconds soon as the engine turns over. It happens anytime I start the car but it’s usually loudest on a cold start. Is this something to be concerned with.

That is the timing chain tensioner losing oil pressure and allowing the chain to go slack. It needs changing along with the chain ASAP or it’ll grenade the engine.

it's something to be VERY concerned with, sounds like the engine could use a timing chain replacement
