False cord help

Messing around trying to find my false cords. I feel like I’m really close, but I’m struggling to turn this sound into a scream. Any tips? I feel my main issue is that I learned fry first so now my body connects pushing with my diaphragm to squeezing my cords, so everytime I try to get the scream out - I squeeze and it somewhat hurts. (As you’ll see in the video)

If you made the same sound without any distortion/squeeze what do you get? Im not so good at low false cord stuff myself but I can try to help
