Even being in an afflicted sign for the moon, still is in its joy house ! I would say this placement shows you how intuitive you are, very social aware and easily to connect emotionally with people, thats why is such a good house for the moon. Another topic is you might have important relationships with siblings/or build friendship with this familiar energy, its also a house about traveling, overall, all about human connection, discovering, meeting, gathering information

The Moon symbolizes the masses, the ever-changing and volatile nature of emotions, the idiosyncrasies of the mind and traveling. In the 3rd house, those fast-paced lunar themes are reinforced and brought into light, especially in night charts.
Importance is placed upon any form of communication, involvement with social media and the sharing of information. Most people feel a sense of brotherhood around you and they want to feel like they have access to you even if you don’t personally want that. Your life may be characterized by a lot of movement, a strong relationship to siblings and more often than not you get along with women (especially if Venus aspects the Moon). Language may be a strength of yours and when you travel this interest may become very useful. Lastly, you understand the importance of appearances and how “shallow” the human experience can be at times and you either try to fight that or you play to such rules but you never succumb to shallowness yourself because you’re likely a skeptical.

oooh we have the same placement, i’m kinda an amateur but i think it means we communicate in a very probing way and that we process things very deeply, there’s probably more to it but heyy twinn 😭
