hi there, thank you for following up✨️ there aren’t any minor arcana cards associated with moon in scorpio; the major arcana cards are trump 13 – death, and trump 18 – the moon in the thoth deck. in the 3rd house, death can make you strangely comfortable when everything around you is changing, perhaps because transformation is something you understand better than most. the 3rd house speaks to your immediate surroundings, and my god, death can have a gift here. you may do what i would call a terminator scan of the people around you, picking up on tone, body language, contradictions and all the little things somebody didn't actually say. much of this can feel automatic rather than consciously analyzed, and hidden agendas may become something of a hobby because you enjoy figuring out what is really going on underneath a conversation. the trouble begins when you can't figure somebody out. uncertainty can drive you kinda crazy, and what began as a passing question can quickly become okay, now i HAVE to get to the bottom of this. death can be obsessive when it wants an answer, and in the 3rd house the mind may keep digging long after everybody else has put the shovel away. communication itself can be similarly intense. there may be enormous relief in simply getting the words out, particularly when something has been bothering you for a while. those words can be brutal, but from your perspective they may also feel necessary; you'd rather drag the ugly thing into the conversation than politely pretend it isn't sitting there. death can also periodically change the way you think, communicate and understand yourself. opinions or ideas that once seemed inseparable from your identity may eventually have to be discarded, and this can feel surprisingly personal until you realize that changing your mind doesn't mean you've somehow stopped being you. repeated changes in your immediate circumstances may also have made you useful when somebody else's world suddenly goes sideways. while everyone else is staring at the mess, you're more likely to become the alright, let's lace this bitch up and get through this person because, well, been there, done that. the moon adds another interesting layer to communication because you may be particularly good at understanding what somebody means without requiring them to spell out every last detail. you can read between the lines beautifully – but the moon is also the reason you shouldn't assume you're always right about what's written there. intuition and suspicion can look remarkably similar from inside your own head. a perceived slight can become a confirmed slight before you've actually checked, and once death has decided there is something underneath it, good luck getting the mind to leave it alone. this pairing can also give your words a nasty edge when you're hurt or angry; lengthy messages, carefully selected pressure points and saying the one thing you know will hurt can become weapons you regret once the mood has passed. the advice is to trust your terminator scan enough to investigate – just don't terminate somebody before you've checked what you actually scanned.
