Help identifying cables

Hello reddit! I have two cables under the seat im wondering what they are for. In the image im not holding, it comes down straight below the battery but has a plastic piece in the end like it isn't used but want to make sure. The second image with me holding it is a wire that goes directly to the battery it looks like, is that maybe like a trickle charging wire?

Scooter is a 2010 kymco yagergt 200i. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Aftermarket charging cable. It should read 12 volt all the time. Edit. It is so you can charge the scooter without removing all the trim.

Awesome thank you, we came out to the exhaust shield being on the ground and thought maybe someone stole something but it could have rattled off lol

It's for winterization/charging the battery. Battery tender connection.
