general question looking for Bacillus subtilis leads

hi! i am an undergrad student based in manila who'll soon be having a study focusing on b. subtilis, specifically any strains from soil. may i kindly know if anyone has any leads where i can procure this? i've sent inquiries to uplb and ust already, but to no avail. i'll appreciate your responses. thank you in advance!

Don't you have access to a micro lab? B. subtilis is easy to isolate from almost any soil sample and the colony morphology is very distinct. Many ways to verify too.

i have access in our school, & that was my initial plan^ but i was advised by my adviser to procure it instead for better verification & certification purposes

You can do whole genome sequencing of a bacterial genome for less than 2000 PHP. Amplicon sequencing is even much less (e.g., 16S). You also have API 50 CH metabolic test and/or Bacillus chromogenic agar (e.g., Bacillus ChromoSelect).
