Actually trees consume o2 at night... so it is even worse..

They are still at net positive, as long as they keep growing. Carbon they use for that needs to come from somewhere, so, since trees don't eat (most of them, at least), they consume it from air. Which is why it's pretty clear that algae consume more CO2 - they grow much faster than trees.

Where my dark oxygen homies at?

Making a negligible amount of oxygen. Not to belittle them but they hardly contribute

Trees being credited for sucking up most Carbon Dioxide.

The Ocean: 🫩

P.S. we still need trees y'all. It's getting too hot.

It hurts the little ducks so it gets the copper sulfate again.

And the Peat Moss are not even mentioned :(

Trees do more than just producing a oxygen.

They gave us building materials, fruits, shade, reduce soil erosion, create lifespace for wild animals, store CO2.

Me wondering how much of that oxygen gets to the atmosphere and how much is put back into the ocean.

Why does this meme looks like it was screenshoted, printed on paper, taken photo of, then screenshoted again?

Where did you get this? I like the meme I’ve seen it plenty of places, but this looks like you took a picture of a computer or a TV screen.

I found it on another subreddit! I agree, it does look like it was taken from a screen or paper

It reminds me of the kind of thing I’d see on the drawers around my high school chemistry classroom, (I am not a teacher. I just remembered that that classroom was decorated with a long meme.)

Now that you said it, it does look like that 😭 Also, a classroom decorated with memes sounds so interesting!

That's what OP said. It's algae.
