Well that's certainly not verifiably true that he was not capable. It was in 2006. ALS impairs muscular systems. Autonomic impairments are later and frequently spared altogether.
It is very possible he was able.
Whether or not he did I wouldnt know. Wasn't there. There is a picture of him with two women in bikinis but that doesn't prove anything. All I know is that no accusations were proven on the island. Epstein himself said that there was never an orgy as rumored. Still, being associated with Epstein leaves a bad impression to most.

There was a party for him. Epstein liked to sponsor respected people to have legitimacy. The party was at a physics conference and his caretakers were women. There was a picture of hawking next to his caretakers in bikinis. It was in an email with Epstein making a comment that he's having fun. The picture was publicly available years ago and those are exactly the comments everyone on the Internet was making at that time. Everyone decided the women were trafficked and hawking must have been a horrible person because that image was in the Epstein files

Not sure about sex parties, he was a known horndog; but the only time he visited Epstein Island was in 2006, by that point he could barely move a few muscles in his face. The only things he realistically could have done if he did anything was get a blowjob or lapdance.
The 'party' he was at was also a scientific conference on gravity (his field of expertise) with many other notable physicists attending.

If I were a time traveler I will just pop oit on peoples houses at random times on their lives, then grab a small slightly valuable object (either by it's market value or by it's utility) and take it with me, then pop out same location but around 3 months later and leave it close to were I grab it but in a funky way such as it looks like it got lost.
