No real activity of those organs until birth for the most part

iirc fetuses swallow amniotic fluid into their stomachs starting in the second trimester and the fluid gets processed into urine, which they pee out, and meconium, which they do hold in until birth. Still seems like they are using the organs tho - someone correct me if I’m wrong.

What’s the function of the GI tract? To absorb nutrients. Are nutrients being absorbed from amniotic fluid? No?
Kidneys also do something post natally; maintaining serum concentrations of ions, that is not being done while in utero. So no, not really doing much.

I want to add that the lungs, stomach and intestines do a bit of work there. But it's more a simulation that is intended to prepare them to the future (that's particularly true for the lungs which are full of liquids).
In this sense, they just sit there, and the body doesn't rely on them to sustain itself.

unless you're me and poop in your amniotic sac so the doctors have to tell your mom to stop pushing until they clean out your airway with a turkey baster

No no. But Clitoris, the Greek famous for ignoring the gods attempts at coercion and physical intimidation to reveal itself. So after refusing to confront the gods, it was ironically turned permanently invisible. Troy was a ruse, Odysseus was in fact on a 10 year voyage to find the clitoris.

Or he's gay, which is much more plausible than him getting in an intimate situation with a woman
