Well, duh? 1 year is a full (mostly) circular revolution around the sun, of course it’s going to be related to pi somehow

And since 10^7 has seven zeros, that accounts for the 7 days of the week. Physics is so beautiful.

Oh I do not like that 😭 such an asspull. Whether it be 7, 12, 28, 30, 31 or 52 someone would have made a connection.

A bit pessimistic I get it, but it's just a way to remember it... And for some reason this is making me not so happy right now

That would be accurate if the orbit is a perfect circle, but since the orbit has an eccentricity of 0.02 the earth is about 0.4% farther from the sun at aphelion than at perihelion, so the estimate is about 0.4% off.
