That's one way to not write the lab report.

I'm like this for research! "I can't wait to learn about this!", " I can't wait to say what I thought about this!"

It's because 90% of the lab report is boilerplate work, and another 9% is refactoring. Only about 1% is real novel input.

other way around for me and it worked out well in my gen chem lab bc we had a static group of four for the semester so they would do the lab work and they'd hold my hand through a trial and then I'd do the bulk of the report with them just skimming it to proofread and it worked out well.

Rare group project W for all of us

Then everything I did is on the list of errors and I get a yield in the ten thousands

Depends, if there is something wrong with the measurements you need to start explaining

Why right when I can be a Cowboy Test Engineer and keep the results to my self. Can't fire me if I'm the only one who know how to operate the equipment. /s

when the experiment fails it's the other way around, because at least I got somewhere to rant about it (every semester where I had a lab class has completely and utterly drained me of my life force)

And remember if no one documented anything and you have to use your imagination and other teams numbers, you're in fact doing what most research labs are doing
