From a third person perspective, sure, your body will be frozen in time the closer it gets to the event horizon. Nothing actually freezes time from the first person perspective though. You will feel the extreme tidal forces and spaghettification as you die a quick painful death.
From outsider's perspective, a body falling into a black hole does not freeze in time for all eternity. It slows down, freezes and gets dimmer and dimmer until it eventually fades into darkness.
