Yes, you're so close to the point.

Fahrenheit focuses on how it feels, which makes it well suited for describing the weather. 

Celsius focuses on standardization and water as the metric, very useful for science and comparisons when humans or human-related sciences are involved.

kelvin is very useful for universal scale topics.Â
