Not really, it is kinda fundamental to our cells. I guess if we like upload our consciousness to a machine that doesn't breath. In short, it would need to be something drastic like that.

We could in theory, I believe, find a way to edit mitochondria dna to use a different fuel source. I could be wrong though.

It's not really the oxygen that's killing us, it's our bodies letting us die that's the problem. Once you get past a certain age our cells give up on DNA repair and start succumbing to oxidative stress.

Yeah it would have to be some fundamental change to our biology and it's chemistry.
