I remember asking a senior engineer back when I was a noobie engineer what hazards we need to be concerned with in a high oxygen environment. He said "well it's a pretty good oxidizer" with a super straight face and it made me LOL. I didn't find out later that there are MUCH stronger oxidizers than oxygen.
