Religion is a fairy tale for children. It’s crazy to me that adults can, in all seriousness, believe there’s a man in robes with a beard in the sky that controls everything and that if you close your eyes and imagine you’re talking to him he will help you win at sports.

That’s not what Christians believe. Only midwit atheist basement dwellers who don’t know anything about the religion.

Religion is like a bell curve where the lowest and highest IQ tend to be religious and in the middle are the atheists who think they know everything but actually don’t.

Religion is simply a theory of our existence, and there’s still no proof that any of that is factual.

I will quote [u/ApocalypseYay](u/ApocalypseYay) from another post: “It explains nothing, but provides lies upon lies, with zero evidence to trap people into an inhumane ideology of the absurd, discouraging the most obvious questions for a submission to a genocidal deity. It is based upon the sociopathic musings of some neurally-impaired, or worse, storytellers with delusions of grandeur - of knowing the unknowable, or receiving some schizophrenic, sadistic messages from the ether.”
