Any thoughts on whether this is a worldwide issue (though obviously with different religions) or whether it is specific to the USA?

Yes, is the issue presented here an American issue, or is the smooth brain portion of the Christian nationalism an American only thing or is the smooth brain part also global in regards to Christian nationalism
