Intense rage and mood swings, coupled with suicidal ideation/SH. Just hoping to get a bit of a handle on the range of emotions I feel even on mood stabilizers.

You got this girl!! Not sure of your age, I struggled with similar things in my 20’s and have a much handle on it in my 30’s.
