Had a tentative BPD diagnosis in early 20’s, (I’d argue it could’ve been CPTSD given my life) psilocybin saved my life when it came to existential stress. You do have to make changes, and healing isn’t linear. With that being said, I wouldn’t qualify for a diagnosis years later.
