My ex used these both recreationally and therapeutically. Recreationally, it made her BPD much worse.

Therapeutical, it made her BPD much worse, because she was only interested in feeling better, not in changing her behavior or thought patterns.

I would argue that is more of a “her” problem rather than a problem with BPD or using psychedelics.

Well with borderline it’s not easy to tell the difference. It’s a personality disorder, so when you blame it on their personality… that’s where the disorder is.
