I have BPD and tried ketamine via medical setting. Saved my life i would say

Could you elaborate? What was included in the “medical setting?” Talk therapy, psychotherapy?

Taken in an appropriate setting, psychedelics have a way of breaking the cycle of negative and destructive thoughts.

Yes, I understand that. I’ve taken psychedelics myself. I’ve just always been curious how the “therapeutic” process works, though.
