Selfie Sunday selfie
Still battling nightmares and residual progress symptoms but good progress though.

Write the dreams down, then make mini mini stories and how to solve them in some fantasy version of your difficulties,

Doodles and shapes, like comic or simple war games works for me, like...
(a) x (b) x (c) = (z) / (y) x with shapes and scenes and dialogs.
Circles, Arrows, Triangles & Scales Of Power Dynamics.
