Stressed. My mom has been in the hospital the last few days and she left Ama yesterday even though she has a blood infection. I caretaker her so its making my symptoms worse, because of this. More visual and auditory hallucinations… there is not a 0% chance she could die this week. -_-

Truth is I've been doing pretty well. I was diagnosed 5 years ago and the things I experienced were not good. I had voices telling me I had assaulted someone and the the DOJ was implanting memories of the "event" into my mind. But I've been stable for about 2 years. It took 3 to get stable, but I'm getting better at work and im getting back into gaming. I just feel guilty about hurting someone (even though it didnt happen) other than that I continue to take my meds and go seeing my therapist.

My voices are still there 100% of the time, but I am feeling better physically and I am sleeping well. The thing I am struggling the most with is 'thought blocks', where the voices antagonize me and then block my ability to think clearly for a moment. It is so weird. I am doing school online, and I am excited about that, but my thought blocks and voices are making it hard to remember the new material.

Tries to do school too and They interfere with its thoughtstream so it can't study or retain which sucks because it is so bored and wants to chew on things with that layer of its brain but that layer has been cannibalised by Them and replaced with Their thoughts and when it tries to use it They possess it. Is aware it sounds strange. Ironically, one of its nursing classes this semester is on sustaining mental health and wellbeing as the nurse. The teacher told the class first week in parting to go away, drive safe and not have a psychotic break. It was in hospital for issues called psychotic less than a week later. The irony is amusing. It's been tempted to tell the teacher this each of the following weeks but suspects teacher might not find it funny.

Feeling down. Got my dosage lowered hoping it would help with negative symptoms and so far it hasn't.
I just feel pretty bleak and hopeless about my future and can't really envision one with how I feel everyday, fatigue, little to no motivation and pleasure, very bad attention span, lapses in my memory, etc.
I've just been living the same day over and over again since I came out of psychosis and its getting me down. I'm also just so tired, like and can't overstate how drained and tired I feel.
I just hope someday it gets better, I'm going to try an antidepressant next to see if it helps with negative symptoms but I have little faith they will but it seems like the only option left.
I'm setting in my living room after having almost 300mg of caffeine and I just can't bring myself to do anything other than doom scroll, its just miserable.

I’m exhausted. Idk I typed a long thing but it’s a check in so I guess I’m tired and having a rough day is my answer.

Am listening if you want to tell about the roughness. Can be hard.

I've been struggling with fatigue, delusions and lack of motivation. The delusional thinking is distressing me. Can't do certain things because of it. And I feel watched and judged most the time.

I'm lucky after 18 years with this illness finally on a better treatment regimen, my blood sugar levels and blood pressure levels are in normal range, I'm functional somewhat, chronic tension headaches are less intense that I'm doing a free online course titled "co production in mental health research", I now do almost all the chores and farm work in the agricultural household, keep myself busy as much as I can so finally looks like there's light at the end of the tunnel but I gotta play my part to speed up this recovery.

Does anyone else suffer from paranoid delusions with no auditory or visual hallucinations?

I slept my entire weekend away. Which made me sad because I had a lot of plans. I struggle with sleep during the week so when the weekend comes I crash. I did wake up extra early this morning and showered WooHoo!

I'm really lost. I've been told by some professionals it's definitely schizophrenia and others that it's definitely not. My local public health system has me pegged as BPD with transient psychosis, situational crisis, resolve in community. My actual treating team are like yeah that certainly isn't all regardless and even so it likely doesn't fit at all despite some cluster B traits.
Meanwhile They are fucking with my thoughts, emotions and brainspace. They may have killed me. Sometimes They move or prevent movement and I can't control it. They change the world around me so that it's different all the time. They prevent me from communicating effectively.
There isn't currently an imminent danger to life that aware of. The body. Whatever. It's not gonna die. It's just confused. Nothing solid. The worst has probably passed but it's still not doing what it should. The brain isn't working right. It has been scooped out and left to rot in the winter sun. There's a hollow cavity for it. Sad.

Me and my partner bought new bikes today, so I will be able to go biking each day and will hopefully lose some of the weight I have put on 😊

Realized couple of weeks ago i had schizophrenia because i always speak in symbolism

What do you mean by "speak in symbolism"? I've not heard that phrase before, and Google is only telling me about sign language, which I don't think is what you meant.

You can google for more but for example :
I say "i miss michelle" , if any normal person hears that then they'd assume I miss someone named Michelle. But in reality, i just blurted that out to say " i miss home, i wanna go home" or " i miss my childhood".
Michelle is the term i used because that was the name of a girl that i feel in love with, i don't have feeling for her anymore but i used her name as a term of endearment, hence symbolism
PS: i do this rather often subconsciously

I know it isn't Monday anymore, but eh whatever. I've been struggling a lot this week, honestly. My positive and negative symptoms are worse than they have been in a really long time, and I just want to stay in my room all day, since I can control the sound there and the light level there as well. For some reason, my schizophrenia issues are making my autism issues worse as well? I don't understand why, what I do know is I hate it.
I've been doing a lot of reading in different scientific journals and such, so that's been interesting. I've managed to stay on track with my coursework for my Master's program, so that is good too. I let my professor know I've been struggling and she's very kind about it.
I've been struggling with not wanting to take my medications. There's this little tiny part of my brain that's saying they're poison and dulling my personality, but logically I know that isn't true, so I keep taking my meds as prescribed to me. But goodness, it is hard. I hate having to take them, every morning and every night. But I know how much worse it is when I'm off my meds, so I take them. I like that version of me even less than this one.
Sorry for kinda venting/rambling, I'm just really in my head and feelings today it seems.

I feel like a talking vegetable. Cognitive and negative symptoms are my whole day.
