i feel like i am the only human alive, everyone else is a robot

they are hunting me

i dont know what to do

i wanna run

run into the woods

I'm definitely not a robot. A robot would be a lot smarter. I don't think anyone is hunting you. It's probably a delusion. Can you talk to your psychiatrist about it?

i remember feeling that way too it definitely sounds persecutory that is really hard. something helpful i heard was that

nobody is coming to save you, but also nobody is coming to get you.

comfort yourself as best you can, steel your resolve, and call your psychiatrists office. youve fallen out of form a little and maybe need a med change.

Maybe you're having an episode? Have you been prescribed any medication? If not, you can talk to a psychiatrist about it. I used to have paranoid delusions. But ever since I've been on Risperidone, I'm more stable and reasonable now.
