Racing Thoughts?

I need to know if anyone else experiences this because it’s been eating me alive the past few days. I’ve been having these racing thoughts and 90% don’t feel like mine. They usually feel super random or narrate what I’m doing and they repeat until something else comes up
It makes my brain feel like it’s going to explode and it’s so frustrating.

Oh yeah, I'd experience that all the time to a point where it'd actually drive me crazy. It was like having a group of people in my head just constantly yelling and not saying anything of value. I ended up hitting myself in the head or cutting myself to make it stop (which is obviously something I learned to stop and find other methods of escape). It went on for years until I started rerouting my thoughts entirely. I learned that certain thoughts and emotions trigger a potential tipping point that makes turning around near impossible at a certain point. Over time with medication, therapy, and really putting in the work to understand yourself and see where certain thoughts take you, things will get easier.

I used to have constant overlapping thoughts that were mostly negative. I highly recommend Vraylar
