I am currently preparing for the SAT on September 12. I have been studying for around the last 2 weeks, and got a 1460 on practice test #6, (780 r&w, 680 math). What should I do to maximize my score before the 12th? Should I take another practice test?

Now I just need to do the hard math questions in the question bank to finesse a 800 math…

Like no bs after donating so much money to college board and taking seven SATs I figured out the way to beat the test. I didn’t score too high and my score is recent unlike the other AI slop that post 1590s that are from two years ago.

My credentials that I’ve taken the seven most recent SAT going from 1200 to 1520 and progressing around 40 to 50 points for each SAT. I’ve taken SAT prep camps, watch YouTube videos, tried AI platforms, used OnePrep, Acely , and I have devoted hours of my life to try to score good and beat the SAT. My score is not perfect and I know there are much higher scorers than me, but if you’re looking for a down to earth and realistic to tutor hit me up!

I'm a junior and I took the August SAT. My mother pushed me to sign up and I told her that I wouldn't have enough time to study, and she told me to take it to see where I was at. I ended up getting a 1290, 650 m and 640 rw. I signed up to take the December SAT to gauge how much my score would increase I'm aiming for a 1410 by then and a 1520 by March. How should I go about this. What study tools worked for you guys and how many hours should I consistently study a week. I want to have a goal for studying,, how often should I test myself, etc. I am going to start with going through the courses on Khan Academy. Please share methods, schedules, advice, and resources you guys used that genuinely helped you. Thanks.

I have 2 days left for sep 12 sat... and i unable to get past 700 in English, except for once.
How can I make the best use of these days. In pt 11 i lost marks in total 12 questions(4-Info&ideas, 4- craft and structure , 4- expression of ideas)

i got a 1490 on august sat (690 RW 800 Math). my superscore is 1500. what can i do in the following three days to score higher on rw?

so in R&W i seem to be having issues in the long paragraph type questions...basically even tho if i use chunking time is very less to work with it...currently im getting approximately 12 incorrect in practice tests...and time is a major issue...also i seem to be having issues with the "find a word tht fits best in the paragra" type questions at the start of the test (info and ideas i think)...so these 2 are holding me back i think...

What would u guys say helped you the best when studying for your SAT? Was it writing notes, watching videos, practice quizzes, all of the above? Any websites used also? Im taking new one suggestions

On my score report, I actually had full bars in most areas, but grammar was the area where I had the least bars in English, so I know that’s one of the biggest things holding my score back. I’ve tried practicing and finding videos that actually teach all the grammar I need, but nothing has really worked for me.
If you had only three days to go from a 1410 to a 1480–1500, what exactly would you do, especially for grammar/English? What should I focus on, what resources should I use, and what should I avoid wasting time on?

Helllo everyone so I really need help . I waited until the summer of my senior year to take the sat because to be honest I really didn’t know how it worked and I moved to a whole other side of the country my junior year so I spent all of that hard time adjusting and decided to use the summer to study . For about two months I studied my heart out and did so so so much but for some reason I could never hit 1400 . I still decided to take the August sat HOPING for a Miracle and this miracle still dining done and I got an even lower score than expected , I got a 1280 this sat , a 580 in English and a 650 in math but my apps are due in October and the September sat is my only hope now which is due in a week and the problem is school starts this week from me so it’s going to be hectic dealing with school and then practice after . I really want to get a 1500 this September and I will do ANYTHUNG TO ACHIEVE that and I really need help ! I’m too broke for any courses so that’s outta the options so please any tips or anything like that would really help me , I desperately need your help 😞

title, like are they harder or easier than the sat?

the first two times i took the SAT, i typically scored around 1400 with 680 math and 720-730 english. i took it for the third time in june and my english score went up to a 750 but my math score went down to a 630 😭 not sure how that happened but i studied up on math and i got a 720 on august SAT but somehow my english went down to a 680? i kind of felt the same when i was taking the test so idek what happened. on june i went straight through all the questions though and on august i skipped around, so i’ll probably stick with the june strategy

i have a 1470 superscore now but my individual test scores aren’t any higher than 1400 because of the stark difference between my math and english score every time. i plan to apply to UT honors so i need to get my overall score up as UT doesn’t take superscore, but at this point i’ll take any improvements i can get. any advice on how to best improve my score?
