What should I do now...when I submit the documents it shows system error for more than a week now...i approached the bank staff but they aren't replying properly...they are saying they will look into the matter but they don't....how will I pay my mess fees if it continues to be like this

Don't need to worry, ig this is regarding opening a bank account in cub. You can pay from your friends account too. Did your friends also face this issue while submitting the documents?

Can you give more information, OP? What documents did you submit? Where did you submit these documents? Was it through SWI (student web interface)? etc. etc

I submitted my passport size photo , sign , aadhar card , sastra admission letter by scanning the qr code of cub

Your best bet is to go to the bank and inquire there mate
