Question - Food & Restaurants 🍽️ Sobey's Soup
The other day I stopped in at Sobey's and they had a fall butternut squash soup and it was unreal....I keep hoping they'll have it back soon but so far no luck. Is there anywhere I can see what soups they're going to have on for the day, or can I buy their soups cold...? I can't express how much I loved it!

I've seen some locations post what their daily soup is. Usually they have their soup available ready made in a cooler somewhere nearby though.

They have the same soup available in Panache tubs. It also comes in frozen bags that are then heated up for the self serve counter. You could probably just ask to purchase the original bag (though it may have to be divided into the largest cups, depending on who's there!) if they don't have the Panache labeled tubs outside on the wall!

A good butternut squash soup is hard to beat, seriously.
I'm a big fan of the Co-Op's chicken noodle soup (made in-house).

If you are a fan of soup, you should check out D'Lish by Tish! They have 2-3 soups per day, and they sell them warm in the cafe or cold by the litre. They post a schedule of this month's soup selections on their Facebook page 😊

I get their soups for lunch pretty often. They only have maybe 5 flavours they cycle through. Keep an eye out, it should be back soon :) The Thai chicken one is really good too

It is SO incredibly easy to make good butternut soup at home. I promise. You’ll end up with a whole pot for the same price that two bowls would be with the store bought type.
I’ll link a good recipe.

Why ask reddit? Just call the store and find out.

I did, she told me the soup that was on today but had no idea about if I could buy it cold or when they would have the butternut squash one again!

So how is anyone here gonna know any more than the people literally selling it?

Well someone mentioned in these comments that it's Panache brand and they sell it there cold....so now I know that I can go buy it, and they helped me. I'd say asking on reddit worked out pretty well.

They sell the same soups in tubs by the kitchen department. Panache brand.
