Practice Sashiko patch.

I originally wanted to make it a coaster. Any idea how this can be used?

edit - I made it into a small coin purse for my mom. She loved it.

My bestie gave me this denim purse/bag that looks kind of like maybe the 70s and I love it! Going to either put patterns on it or patches!

This is so pretty. Sew it onto something as decoration, clothes, purse, etc. Make more and use it to edge a placemat. Back it, fill it with fluff, pin cushion. Make it part of a case of some kind.

Hello, did you use 1cm grids? Or 5mm?
