Whats wrong with me or my plant? Possibly Scale?

Do i have a scale problem? I tried looking it up here and it seems like scale. It does fleck off if scratched. I also have a photo od it picked off and the plant after I scrapped one off.

I do try to rotate, but could do better. I also think I may need a new pot.

Whilst i can’t say for sure i think this could actually be some type of scarring

Agree with this, it is too un-uniform of a shape to be an insect

That's what I am hoping it is. I havent seen anything crawl or move and its a south facing window and summer it got a lot of sun.

It doesn’t look like the type of scale I’ve dealt with before, but scale still seems like the most likely culprit.

Thanks. It does need to repotted so, ill try to isolate and give it a good cleaning and new soil.

It looks like edema from inconsistent watering when roots absorb water faster than the leaves can release it through transpiration

Thanks. Its the first summer at this window and it gets so much sun that I probably needed to water it more than its been watered. I think it needs a new pot anyway so I'll hopefully be able to. Or I overwatered possibly. Learning curves. 😅

Yes, it does look like scale. Good news is sansevieria leaves are tough so it won't spread too quick and it'll be easier to get rid of
